POLICIES
REGISTRATION FEE
There is an annual academic registration fee of $16 a child or $24 per family. This fee is prorated by session and is non-refundable and non-transferable. Registration fee does not apply to Summer Session. (Please note, families enrolled prior to August 5. 2007, under the lifetime registration fee are exempt from the annual fee.)
WITHDRAWALS prior to first class will be refunded less a $35.00 processing fee per student.
REFUND POLICY
A refund will be given prior to the first class minus a $35.00 processing fee per child. NO REFUNDS after the first class. Written notification of withdrawal is required.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
PLEASE NOTE: A RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION & ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISK AGREEMENT MUST BE ON FILE EVERY YEAR FOR EACH FAMILY MEMBER WHO ATTENDS CLASSES.
HOLIDAYS/MISSED CLASSES MAKE UP POLICY
Please understand that no make-ups can be accommodated for scheduled holidays and missed classes. We are unable to offer credit or refund for scheduled holidays and missed classes for any reason. For children who miss a session, Fit Kidz Club offers at least one and often two or more free gym time each week for members and an adult guest to enjoy at no additional cost.
INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY
Closing due to inclement weather will follow Pickerington schools. When Pickerington schools close due to inclement weather, classes scheduled weekdays between 9am & 3pm will be cancelled (this includes open gyms). Members enrolled in classes scheduled from 3pm onward may visit our website at fitkidzclubohio.com or phone 614-367-0685—if no answer phone 740-260-2469 for an update on the status of late afternoon and evening classes. Weekend classes and birthday parties will only be cancelled if under a Level 2 or Level 3 Weather Emergency or upon notification by Fit Kidz Club staff.
