CLASSES

NEW MEMBERS: How does it work? Select and enroll for a class. Pay an ANNUAL registration fee of $16/child $24 family. Pay the cost of the session and your child will enjoy fun-filled, educational activities and be entitled to attend all Open Gyms during their enrolled session for free!

FIT KIDZ CLUB

offers programs for children approximately 15 months to 8 years. The programs are made up of the following age-appropriate classes and registrants may attend one pre-selected 50-minute class per week. The following class descriptions and pricing is based on our upcoming Winter Session-- January 5 - February 28.

FIT KIDZ TODDLERZ (15-35mos.)

is a fun way of furthering a parent/child relationship while developing balance coordination, locomotion, strength, and flexibility through the introduction of simple directions, rules, and routines. Students learn to safely move about climbing equipment, enjoy music and parachute games, and many other activities. Approximately one fourth of the class focuses on open play.
Enroll prior to December 14 cost is $100.

FIT KIDZ MOVEMENT MIX

(Flexible age range approx 15 mo-4 yrs) Parent participatory class where students develop balance, coordination, locomotion in different directions, weight transfer on and off equipment and flexibility using movement challenges and creative equipment set-ups. Students also enjoy music and parachute games, and other activities. Perfect for siblings.

FIT KIDZ EXPLORERZ

(3-4 yrs) is for the child who demonstrates a definite independence from the parent, has an adequate attention span, and the ability to follow simple directions.

Children learn to accomplish rolling, pre-cartwheels, hopping, skipping, jumping, landing, leaping and locomotion in different directions. Swinging, balancing, and weight transfer on and off equipment are also themes covered in the curriculum.
Enroll prior to December 14 cost is $100.

FIT KIDZ GYMSTERZ

(5-8 years) Builds on Fit Kidz Explorers as well as more body management skills. This class will focus on upper & lower body strength building utilizing, in part, the Fit Kidz circuit-training environment. Children will further challenge themselves through continued use of climbing equipment as well as focusing on basic sports skills to further develop hand-eye coordination and introduction of the concepts of teamwork and good sportsmanship.
Enroll prior to December 14 cost is $100.

FIT KIDZ GYM JAM

is a 2-hour course for kids ages 3-4. Kids enjoy an age-appropriate movement class each week followed by various activities such as interactive game play, skill-building games, interactive story time, arts and crafts projects and more. The kids have fun and mom has some time to herself. Child must be potty trained/no separation anxiety. Enroll prior to December 14 cost is $130.

ALL KIND OF KIDZ

(For children with special needs ages 2-7 yrs) This is a parent participatory class designed for children with a variety of physical and intellectual challenges, including children on the high-functioning end of the autistic spectrum. Classes are designed for children whose needs are described as mild to moderate. This semi-structured, informal class allows children and their caregivers to explore and "play" in a fun, safe and nurturing environment.

FIT KIDZ OPEN GYM PACKAGES

Looking for unstructured playtime for you and your child? Fit Kidz Club is now offering Open Gym Packages for children 6 years and under. Discounts do not apply to these packages. See our Home page for pricing structure.

OPEN GYM

For currently enrolled children in order for parents and children to play and enjoy the facility outside of formal class situation. There is no cost to students enrolled in a class and you may attend as many open gyms each week as you would like. All Open Gym participants must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times.
